Noobie in REI looking for Mentor in North Carolina

I am new to the game but eager to get the first deal under my belt.  

I have been analyzing properties for a few months now and consume every piece of new information that comes out here at BP.

As a current business owner , father, and husband, I am apprehensive on the first deal as I want to ensure I don't take too much risk in the beginning.

It is normal for me to hire a coach in other aspects of my life so this is no different.  I have achieved great success in other aspects of my life when taking this approach.

While I can pay a fee for services, i much prefer to work for it.  I learn much better with my hands on the situations.

I bring a hard work ethic to the table and willingness to hustle for anything you need to get done.
