Currently I have a property under contract surrounded by the ever growing downtown Greenville, SC. The property is in an area where the surrounding homes are being rebuilt and renovated. This house needs about 60-65k in repairs, the purchase price is 80k, the ARV of the property is 212k, but this a low estimate. I would like to open the opportunity to do a joint venture or wholesale if the numbers work. Let me know if there is anything else I can provide!
