NEED APPRAISERS in Charlotte, NC and Virginia Beach, VA

I am a hard money lender looking for a real estate appraiser who can help in two separate markets, Charlotte, NC and Virginia Beach, VA. We have been working with a national company that just works a little too slow for our needs. These appraisals will typically need to show an "As Is" value as well as an After Repair Value number. We are also looking for fairly quick turnarounds on these as sometimes we need to be able to close in a week and need a rushed appraisal.
