Property is 36K, already rehabbed. 3/2 with 1500 sqft with a renter already. It is currently a rooming house with each tenant paying $500 per room. This deal is ready to go, seller is ready to close escrow this week! PM me for more info or if you are seriously interested.

Have a friend in alcohol recovery who has done well buying houses and renting rooms to people in recovery. There is an organization that facilitates this. The groups that rent his places run the households like a coop with each tenant having to live by certain rules; have to work; AA meetings; chores etc . Each household has officers and business meetings.

His total rents are higher than with a single tenant and they have been reliable. He has been able to afford to make the places nice and is able to use his construction business to do the work.
