- You are making an out-bound follow-up call that's warm. (not a cold call)

- Why a follow up call and system?:

- practice and learn how to talk to a seller better each time, qualify seller, build rapport, ask condition, establish ARV, ask amount seller wants and needs to get property sold, formulate offer number, give verbal offer, fill out written purchase/sale contract, get contract, follow up in another 1-2 weeks, build and organize seller data base, track and enter leads info in a dialer database, build a follow-up system

Compensation:

You're a partner in the deal.

- Upto 20% to 35% of wholesale profit fee.

- depending if your remote, or set own appointment to see the seller, property, take pictures

- profit is payable at successful closing.

Position
