Looking for a Private Lender Partner
We would like to bypass using the banks for our purchases, and provide a private individual with consistent returns as we scale into other markets.
We are mainly BRRRR'ing and are open to flips as well.
We have a good track record and are diligent as well as disciplined.
We simply do not want to go through the bank process everytime we acquire a property.
