Looking for Private Money for a Fix & Flip Project
We are seeking a Private “GAP” Lender for another flip opportunity in Dallas, Texas. The home is currently under contract and our scheduled close date is Friday, January 10th. We have completed final investor packet and our due diligence period has been completed which includes a confirmed ARV by an appraisal subject to repairs, a completed full home inspection, and a confirmed rehab bid from our contractor ready to start. We are currently awaiting our closing date as our Hard Money Lender has pre-approved this deal and ready to provide funds.
