Virtual Assistant Requirements?

Hi, All! I'm not necessarily new on BP, I've been lurking for a couple years now, but this is the year I'm gearing up to buy my first property AND start my VA side biz. I'd like to specialize in working with Real Estate pros. To that end, I'm doing a little market research first, so I can make sure I have the skills that would most benefit Real Estate Investors, Agents, Brokers, etc.. What tasks would you hire a VA to do? What skills or program knowledge would you require? Would you want someone who is already up to speed on them, or would you be willing to do a bit of training if you feel the person is a right fit for you? I appreciate any feedback you can offer.
