IRS refund delays

Anyone else  experiencing a  delay in your tax refund?   We usually receive it pretty  soon  after filing but  this is month's now and  since my husband overpaid the estimated quite a bit it would be nice to get it.  Just wondering if it is a general trend or I am just lucky.
