Using Paynearme for rent
Since biggerpockets offered the discount on paynearme I jumped on it. I've been having issues signing up.
Has anyone done this as a landlord who is set up in their personal name. They keep asking about a business license, business documentation etc etc. None of that is required for a rental, so I don't know what I can provide them.
Anybody using this service outside of an LLC and in their personal name?

I never followed up with this...but I got the paynearme account set up and my tenant was interested in using it.
I was at an amusement park with my family. I got an alert via email that she had paid rent via paynearme. I celebrated with a corn dog :)
$$ went into my account a few days later. It don't get much easier than that!
