Long term renter house rules

Does anyone have a document they leave behind for long-term renters displaying house rules? I’d like to create something, laminate it and leave it showing things like no smoking, mow lawn, no parking on grass, follow community noise ordnance etc. 

but I don’t want to reinvent the wheel!
