What tax software do u recommend?
Can anyone recommend a good software for real estate people? To track both long terms and short term income and expenses? Reasonable cost. Also track rehab costs

Your thread ask ask for tax software. But your post asks more so for a bookkeeping / accounting software. I personally have just setup my own spreadsheets. Otherwise, there are many threads about software to use for bookkeeping --- sorry, I don't remember them except Stessa...
I do agree to use something that integrates well with your tax preparer.
