Eviction process and debt collection in Maryland
I am in the process of evicting a tenant in Prince George's County, MD. I have a management firm that has filed the necessary paperwork and received a judgment, but it is apparently a time consuming process to then get a writ of restitution and then to schedule the sheriff to evict. Does anyone have any recommendations on how to expedite this process or a recommendation regarding law firms and collections in Maryland? Thanks.
