Find an assisted living operator

Hi All,

I have an 8 bed 5 bath plus 1bd/1bath apartment that is currently zoned for a personal care home in Reading, PA  I am looking for a tenant that would be interested in renting from me to run their assisted living/personal care facility. Any recomendations on how to find such a tenant?
