Eviction Issue - Out of state investor

Dan Ermolovich
Posted

Hi,

Unfortunately I am dealing with a tenant that has not paid rent since October in one of my Youngstown properties. I am an out of state investor and I am being told the property manager can no longer serve the eviction notice. It has to be filed by either myself or an attorney representing me. Is this accurate? I am desperate to get this tenant out of the property and collect all past due rent.

Thanks

Hire a new Property Manager. Any legitimate property manager will be able to handle the entire eviction process from start to finish. Your property manager is an idiot.
