Tenant broke things but didn’t notify

My tenant of 1 year just moved out. They were a pain in every way besides paying rent (thank goodness). Their dog peed all over the carpet. They burned holes in the carpet. The dishwasher doesn’t work now but they did not say a word (it worked the entire time because it was caked with food and I went to the home several times). One burner of the gas stove won’t light and again, did not say a word. It was COVERED in food and grease before they left.  I’m stuck on what to do with this all. I’ve never had these issues in 8 years of being a landlord. I of course have a security deposit but it will not even cover the carpet replacement. They changed the door codes so I wouldn’t have access to the home. I always gave at least a week’s notice too and worked with their schedule.
