Vacant for 2 months

Anil J.
Posted

I was trying to get my previous tenant to move out sooner so I can prepare for a remodel but they didn't cooperate. Now I am going on vacation next week for 2 months and the property will be vacant for 2 months. I do not have enough time to get a contractor to do the remodel work.

Is there anything I can do for these 2 months so the property can still generate some revenue or I am tough out of luck? Rent is about $3800/month in this area.

Thanks

Cancel your vacation and take care of business . If you are gone for 2 months , when you get back you cant pull a contractor out of thin air that will jump on your job . So you may be looking at another 2 or 3 months . Now you are getting into the fall season , the worst time to find a tenant .
