Hello Shaun, Of course! While I am working to get to the point of being an investor myself, I always appreciate some great networking and connections. Everyone is a teacher in their own right and we can learn something from everyone. Luckily Chicago hosts many meetups, some are posted in the Real Estate Classifieds here on BP. Not 100% sure if I can share this link or if it will be considered soliciting for events (none on the list are mine!) but, I ended up on a mailing list that shares many RE Investor meet ups and networking events. I typically build out my calendar starting with these events first. Of course, this is not an exhaustive list so I'd love to see what else is shared.

Hey Shaun! Another great meetup in town is the 'Keeping it Real Estate Meetup' - second tuesday of every month at Navigator taproom. A lot of MFH focused investors in the Chicago area.
