HOA Harassment

Long story short.... my garage was converted to a room against our docs. I corrected this and had a HOA member come over to verify the garage functioned normally. A week later I get a call from same member saying their lawyer wants a picture. I arrange to have them come by to take picture with the stipulation that they respect my privacy by taking the photo from a side angle. Representative said they didn't understand what I meant and asked me to provide a picture. I took photo of garage open from the angle I wanted and texted it to them. They still insisted on coming over, but at this point I felt I was being harassed and/or annoyed as they already had made a physical visit and now had a photo they were requesting. I didn't see the point of them coming over and not agreeing to respecting my wishes for privacy and told them I was done with this situation, informing them that if they needed any further cooperation from me they should have the HOA attorney contact me attorney to work out the details. What should I expect?
