Hi everyone,

I'm wondering if anyone has any information on buying and holding low income housing in the Milwaukee, WI area.  I see good cash flow possibilities, but crime is on the rise in certain areas (south Milwaukee especially).  Wondering if anyone can give me pro's and con's of section 8 rentals and especially in Milwaukee if possible.  Thank you.
