Can anyone recommend a good California Residential Lease Agreement Form. I'm disappointed with the one from Nolo Press. Thanks!

 I love the contracts from Nolo.  What don't you like about them?  Having a lease with a bunch of clauses that aren't enforceable in CA anyway, is a waste.  The Nolo contracts have everything required by law, and don't include anything that's not legal.  And they're easy to understand.  What's not to love?
