Just closed my first investment property!
Bought my first investment property from a bank 3 bed 2 bath, know the hard work start needs a full renovation and I’m adding a bedroom then find a renter and look for my next property.

@Greg Grant Do you have prior rehab knowledge before jumping into this? And how long it took you to come at this point of buying property. My question is more from the initiative perspective when you started to look into a real state.
