Demand for C Class Units Right Now

My current tenants are litterly calling me everyday asking me if I have any vacancies in my mobile home park space and MFRs. Most of my multi residential units are C+. People would drive by and ask around my parks and buildings asking if there are any vacancies how much is rent and if they can have my contact..

Its too early to speculate if B class tenants are seeking more affordable housing during this pandemic but it appears its starting. My rents are between $550-700 aside from my $350 MH lot rents which are sweet spots on affordability..

Anyone witnessing similar experiences?
