About Jason: Jason is an investor in the Tampa Bay area who specializes in seller-financed deals. He is the co-owner of Creative and Thoughtful Investments, a local brother-sister company, committed to providing real estate solutions.
In addition, Jason and his sister, Jacee, owns J & J Realty Group, which focuses on higher-priced listings in Hillsborough and Pinellas counties. He has some proven methods he uses to make his deals more beneficial, profitable.
