Happy New Year! Join us for our January 2023 meetup! Save the date on all future meetups as we meet every 2nd Wednesday each month. Please click the "attend" button as soon as you can commit. We'd like to get a headcount so we know how many people might be attending.

This month we are meeting at: 166 Chandler St, Buffalo, NY 14207 (Thin Man Brewery)

For those of you who are thinking about joining us for the first time, everyone is welcome! This is a no-pitch type meet-up, so no pressure, no formal talks, just a quick intro, and then we dive into deeper conversations on a personal level. We're here to meet other like-minded people to help those who are interested in investing in Buffalo. You will find information on everything real estate related such as: Wholesaling, Property Management, Construction, Attorneys, CPA's, How to find deals, Financing, Partnerships, etc.

We will gather and network from 6-6:30 pm and then spend 15 minutes doing a group conversation where each person will take about 30-60 seconds to quickly introduce themselves. Following the introductions, we will open up a group discussion.

Hi Eric-I am from Buffalo -have one STR in Ellicottville and living and investing in the Dominican Republic. I missed the Dec meet up and now in the DR but would love to stay in touch and catch a meet up next time I am in the area. I am currently looking at multiplexes and hoping to have one under contract in Q2 of this year. If I can be of help with contacts that service Ellicottville or anything Dominican Republic, shoot me a DM.
