The ultimate goal when people turn to real estate is Financial Independence and the ability to Retire Early.

But what does that look like in real estate and when and how can you F.I.R.E. yourself from your steady paycheck and perhaps benefits?

The answer is going to be different for every person, but to give you perspective we have invited three different MAREI members with 3 different perspectives to share how they did it. . . . Learn from Rachel Bailey, Joe Blackshere, and Holly Jackson . . .

This meeting is free for Members of MAREI and 1st Time Guests. All others are invited to join as a member or to pay our $35 guest fee.

Marking yourself going here is just the first step, please take the time to go to MAREI.org and register through our Calendar of Events.

Are you ready? There are a lot of reasons people go into real estate. Quite often the goal is to be able to do what you want when you want - not necessarily from a money perspective but from a scheduling one). But taking the leap to a full-time entrepreneur in anything, not just real estate can be rather scary.

We wanted to get the story behind three of our members to see what they left behind, why they left it behind, and what they do now. This might things way less scary for you. Along the way we hope to find out how they got past not having a regular paycheck . . . or any of the things that come with corporate America.

First up there is Holly Mady Jackson, you may have seen her at MAREI checking people in. She brings the unique perspective of a single mom.

Then we have Joe Blackshere who was our special guest host in February. He has the perspective of a Dad, but also of someone who learned early that life is too short and accelerated his plans to become "retired".

And last Rachel May Bailey, also a Mom who was our special guest host in January. Find out how she went from working with Auction.com when she joined us at MAREI to all the projects she has now.

These are not gurus. They are not out there "crushing it" with 100 flips a year or 300 rental doors. They are just your average MAREI member who quietly goes about their businesses in real estate. After this meeting, you might find that you are way closer to being able to "retire" than you thought . . . and it might not seem so daunting.

Tuesday, March 12th. at the DoubleTree Overland Park . . be sure to click your way over to the MAREI website and get registered - MAREI Members and 1st-time guests can register for no cost.

And help us out, this is a Q & A meeting, so please comment below with questions you might have for our panelists about our topic.
