We're coming up on another meeting of the San Jose Real Estate Networking Club at Harry's Hofbrau!
We're thrilled to welcome back one of the most "real" real estate investors you'll ever meet....Jason Buzi. Jason is a highly successful investor and doing business here in the Bay Area. And he tells it like it is. He will discuss, among other things, the ins and outs of wholesaling. Everything from finding leads, to negotiating, to contracts, and finding buyers.

About the Speaker: Jason Buzi has been a full time real estate investor since 2005. He has flipped, remodeled and built new homes all over the Bay Area. Jason specializes in finding off-market deals using both networking as well as consistent and aggressive marketing. Jason does wholesaling, wholetailing, fix and flip, and new construction and has done deals ranging from $130k up to $4.5 million. Jason gained worldwide publicity as the founder of Hidden Cash, which set up scavenger hunts worldwide. He has been interviewed by CNN's Anderson Cooper, Good Morning America, Fox News and more. In addition to his business activities, Jason enjoys traveling and doing volunteer work.
