Louisville, KY BP's are welcome to come out to an investor meetup.  The venue is a little different this time.   Clay Smith is hosting the group at his recent rehab.  The address is:  8813 Artis Way Louisville, KY 40291.  

Hopefully Clay will share the story of how he bought this property from a wholesaler, how the remodeling went, and what his plans are for the property.  See you there.

This will pretty informal, there is a refrigerator onsite if you want to bring drinks. Alcohol is alright by me.
