This month:
Ian Colville of Carpathian Capital Management, has graciously volunteered one of his projects for this month’s event. Ian has a vast amount of knowledge and experience in investing and is excited to share his story with you. We will be gathering at a 52,000 sq ft. “Flip.” MIFG will be diving into what it takes to renovate a large commercial space, but more importantly, Ian will be talking about pitching a winning deals, leveraging partnerships and finding the right investors. Though we are “young,” I truly believe this group can be dangerous in the real estate world, and I know Ian has some insight to help us do that.
