Kristina started her real estate investment journey at the young age of 23, after quitting her 6-figure job and putting over $90,000 worth of debt on credit cards to pay for a guru program. She quickly realized the program wouldn't lead her to success and decided she was going to figure it out on her own. Through showing up, networking, and putting in the work, she did 20 deals her first year, 30 the next, scaled to 120 deals the next year, and is now doubling/tripling that in her 5th year in business. She has built a phenomenal team and business and is on a mission to educate her fellow investors.
