A lot of people want to invest in real estate, but many are unsure how and where to begin. There are two paths to go when investing in real estate, Active vs passive investing. Both have pro's and con's that come with them. In past meetups, we've had a diverse group of people who are doing both and some people who are not sure where to start. I will discuss the pro's and con's to doing either option as I've done both. Hopefully by the end of our chat, if someone is undecided, it will be more clear which path would be best for them.
