Mutliple STR Units - Property Management Pain Points
Hello! I am new here but hoping to learn from this group. For those who are managing multiple properties, what would you say are your biggest pain points? Would you say guest communication is one of them when you are in charge of multiple properties? Are you using any particular software you recommend for handling guest communication? I want to get a better understanding of the bigger pain points that property managers face and if any current tools would be recommended for addressing those pain points.
