STR in Big Island HI or Honolulu

I am trying to get into the short term rental in Hawaii . I am looking to start with a 1BR condo. I am very new to STR, would like to connect with someone who is experienced in STR in Hawaii. Any insights/resources are appreciated.

@Bryan Vukelich is my go to guy for all things STR in HI

As always, big mahalo @Andrew Steffens for the shout out.  Hope life is going well for you.

Aloha, @Neel Has, I have significant experience helping investors acquire STRs on O'ahu.  You are welcome to contact me at any time and I'm happy to serve you any way I can.

And to quickly address comments from other BP members: Yes, there are plenty of legal STRs on O'ahu as well as on the other major islands. And HOA dues can be high in some buildings but not all. And there are no "hoops" you have to jump through. No exaggeration - all of my clients who have bought investment property here, have bought additional property, or desire to buy additional property.
