Renting to a STR operator

Hi Everyone,

I have a single family home that has been a long term rental for me the past 2 years. The lease is ending at the end of the month and I have an individual interested in signing a 24 month lease at a rate above my asking price. The catch is that he’ll be operating it as a short term rental. I’m wondering what I should be looking out for in this scenario as the property owner?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
