Anyone tried Wander Listed in addition to Airbnb & VRBO?

Wander has been pretty persistent about trying to get me to list my FL oceanfront beach villa on their platform with their newer Wander Listed program. The fees are 8% and this would just be an added channel to complement what I’m already doing on Airbnb, VRBO, and direct bookings. Does anyone have experience with Wander or feedback on the Wander Listed program? 

(Keep in mind that Wander also offers a full service PM service and this is a different program. I’m not interested in a PM).

Hello! I work very closely with Wander in the PNW and have sold properties they pre-qualify and manage for clients and assessed STRs they actively managed that came up for sale. In each: the occupancy and performance was significantly above average ratios.
