Looking for Property Management Partner in Westchester LA

Posted Aug 17 2019, 17:17

I'm new to BP, so I hope this is the correct forum for this type of post...

I have a SFH in Westchester Los Angeles and am hiring a new property management company within the next week or two.

Ideally, I'd like to find someone looking to partner on future deals.

I currently have walkthroughs scheduled for contractors and property managers on Wed. August 21st and am looking to fill a couple more spots.

PM me to get details.

The property is a 1,300 sqft single-family house with a detached ADU, 5BD/3BA, south of Manchester.

Please let me know if you have any questions.

Not sure what you're looking for here most property managers aren't beating down doors to maybe earn a couple hundred extra bucks a month

@Graeham Ford-Feliz someone with many multiple units, someone looking to acquire more who they can represent as an agent, someone looking to divest who they can represent as an agent.  Everyone says they want to acquire more but they can tell real quick if you are BSing or not.
