Hey everyone! I'm a 22-year-old Real Estate agent in Glens Falls, NY. Rewind 2 years ago I started a clothing company in 2020 while managing a skate shop. when I was working there, I realized a W-2 wasn't for me and between having been around the industry in some way, shape or form and hearing these podcasts I went out and got Licensed! I've been Licensed for 5 months now dealing primarily in Commercial, Land, and Fix and Flip Properties.
Since starting I have 1 active, 1 closed and have 4 other Listings Under Contract!!! Being new to the forums and being an agent, I'd love to hear tips & tricks for starting out and paving a road to success!
