Starting my investment journey
Hi everyone on the big pockets forum. I just closed on my first investment property. I'm doing a live and flip or live and then rent. I'm very excited to get started on the rehab. I retired from law enforcement two years ago and started my own handyman business. Now I'm starting real investment journey. Would love to find someone to partner with in Sacramento area.
