Welcome to BP, Steve. What you're looking for is a real estate attorney, not really a L/O atty, they don't specialize in such a narrow area.

Might explain too what you need to know about a L/O, they are fairly simple and there are many sources here. But, before you hit the streets with forms, try to put together what you want to do and then take that to a RE attorney to review. The attorney will have something to work with without having to start from scratch and that will save you money, or should. :)
