Hello!

My name is Codey Wendel, and I am currently a Junior at The Ohio State University studying Marketing. My interest for real estate investing went through the roof when I stumbled across the BiggerPockets podcast a few months ago, and since have been trying to learn as much as I can. 

Currently, I have an internship and am saving up to get started after I graduate in about a year and half. My goal as of right now is to purchase a duplex or triplex using an FHA loan and house hack. I would love to get to know local investors and am excited to continue learning!

Welcome to BP. You are definitely in the right place to learn about investing. Ask questions and learn. I highly recommend you attend local meetups here in Columbus so you can meet in person with local investors and network with them.

Hey Codey, great to meet you! I'm from Portland, Oregon and moved to Columbus Ohio a few years ago to become a full time real estate investor because of how expensive my market was and I saw tons of opportunity here where Columbus has an amazing mix of appreciation and cash flow. Fast forward a few years, I've done BRRRRs, flips, and own a successful rental portfolio here. Also, I'm a licensed real estate agent here and work with a lot of clients on helping them get their next flip or rental. Let me know if you have any questions or want to connect!
