Hi Everyone,

New to the site and posting some introductions.  I have always had a passion for real estate and dreams of building a passive income business that can replace my full-time job.  I am here to start that journey! Open to learning everything I can on Bigger Pockets! 

Location: Connecticut

 Goal: Acquire 250 units over the next 15 years and build a passive income business to replace my full-time job. 

Property Type of Interest: Large Multi Family

Strategy: Buy and hold properties that cash flow.
