Real Estate Rookie NEWBIE!

Hi! I'm Hannah and I'm a real estate rookie! I recently joined BP and am excited to see where this journey takes me. Although I am based in Austin, TX, I plan on investing out of state - namely Oklahoma to start. In fact, I put in a cash offer today for my *hopefully* first investment property! It's an empty lot and the plan is to build a duplex on it.

My ultimate goal is financial independence. For now, my most immediate goal is to acquire the property previously mentioned. Wish me luck! And if anyone has any beginner tips for new build duplexes, I'm all ears :)

Thank you!
