Looking for Lenders, Contrators, Partners, and most importantly new friends.
Hi Local Community (Metrowest, MA),
I am kind of new here and just joined the BP community. I have bought 4 condos for BUY and HOLD for long-term rental. That is all my experience in RE investment so far.
I would like to explore other approaches such as Fix/Flip, BRRR, and any other new ways in RE investment. So I would like to to connect with lenders, construction contractors, and partners, for the local area first and beyond in the future.
