Hi everyone, I'm new to this community but have been in real estate investing for some time. I started off in Washington DC about 20 years ago, but got out of it when the market crashed in '08. My wife is a realtor here in Charlotte, and her passion for the business rekindled mine. Now we are getting started in Birmingham AL (my mom's birthplace) and are excited to branch out to select areas in the South over the next few years.

I am starting off with flips, but will transition soon to rentals using a BRRR strategy. I look forward to learning from all of you, and hopefully to meeting some of you in person.
