New Member Intro - REI and business owner in Central FL

Hey everybody, I've have been perusing these forums for some time now and wanted to oficially introcude myself to the community!

My name is Dima, I was in tech for a long time and got into real estate and business investing in late 2023. 

I joined Pace Morby's Subto and Gator communities and worked on a Subto low equity acquisitions team, where I learned as much as I could and closed on my first few deals. Now I am starting off on my own doing traditional wholesaling in Central FL, with an additional bonus of being able to offer low equity mirror wrap solutions to those who are in need. I also own a tax and accounting firm as part of my business investment goals, and this has been my main focus during the current tax season.
