New member looking to purchase first investment property (House Hack)

I think in today's world this is the best way to get started.

Can you do work to the house or do you need one move in ready?

I've seen a couple of what I thought were good candidates lately.

Best options I'm seeing is to buy 4-5 bedroom house and rent bedrooms.

Depending on how aggressive you want to be, you also may be able to cover your portion of the rent and live FREE....or at least at a very reduced rate.
