New UK investor in Florida!

Hi guys,

I’ve been coming to the states for the last 25+ years and finally have decide I want to get into property

I would be going into this with my brother in around the Kissimmee area aiming at tourists but after looking at options it seems limited

Being a UK national mortgages are seemingly require a 30% deposit, which we’re at around 30/40K USD which doesn’t really scratch the surface for any decent properties unless we’re looking at mobile homes type places but not sure how good they rent compared to others.

Other options are to look for a rental and see if they allow us to sublet but this would come with higher monthly costs

Or lastly looking for a sort of silent investor or someone in the US who is able to get a normal mortgage with the usual down payment which we would cover.

looking for advice or any information that can help!

Thanks!
