I am Kelvin from Malaysia, the neighboring country of Singapore. I am a real estate agent that sells or leases out residential and commercial properties. I am also an investor that doing short term, mid term & long term as well as flipping in the Malacca state, a heritage site acknowledged by UNESCO.

I have been listening to BP podcasts since Josh Dorkin & Brandon Turner. It has been helping me a lot in my investing journey.
