Hey everyone, my name is Jimmy and I've recently discovered the world of REI. It's been a refreshing experience so far because, as some of you may relate, I've been going through the motions at my 9-5 and now it feels like I have a true goal now. Currently, I'm moving towards getting my first Primary Home so I can start to build up some equity and understand some of the processes of buying a home and then move into BRRRRs.
