Hi everyone, my name is Nick Larson! I'm a newly licensed agent in San Diego and I'm interested in fix and flips and buy/holding rental properties. My goal is to build a business flipping properties and then use the money accumulated to buy rentals and build up a portfolio with hundreds of properties.
